A while back, we wrote about how often people say, "Wow, you have your hands full." We still get that a lot. But now that Adam and Isabel don't quite look the same age, and Anna is only a little bit bigger than they are, the new question is....
"Are they all yours?"
And then another question often follows.
"Are you going to have any more?"
Strangers never cease to amaze me. Note: If I know you, you can ask me this question. If we have never met and are in line at Wal-Mart, you cannot expect me to discuss my plans to populate the earth.

Totally agree! It's amazing how rude people can be. I'm always tempted to say something just for shock value at that point, but I know I'd probably just end up feeling bad about it later....
BTW, I love the photo of the kids in the blog header. It really looks like your little island. :)
I have a new policy when it comes to people either giving me parent advice or asking me if I have my hands full.... I just look at them, and say, Oh.. there not mine, I am just the sitter. Hee Hee. My kids don't look like me so it always shuts them up! Good luck. barb
Aww I'm sorry =/ I figured it out. It's Walmart & people there are just crazy. We went to Walmart off McKinley & some man tried to have conversation with Greg about football.
Strangers are weird ...
I get that one all the time. Drives me nuts :) (I got that one today in fact)
I also get - "Are they identical?" Um - One is a boy and one is a girl. THEY CANNOT BE IDENTICAL. lol
In fact I just blogged about this today.
So funny...I had to laugh!
People are just plain rude.
My old roommate with five kids gets tons of really rude comments (for example, "you DO know how to not get pregnant don't you?"
I don't think very many people have a good connection between their brains and their mouths.
I think you need a good comeback planned out. Or have a good one for Anna to say. ;)
